Our new online Quality Reports can help you make important decisions regarding health care. The more you know about the quality of care in your community, the better you can address specific needs for you and your loved ones.

For this reason, we now offer a wealth of information regarding patient care here at Methodist Richardson Medical Center:

The Clinical Indicators section compares our performance to state and national standards of care in commonly treated conditions: Heart Attack, Heart Failure, Pneumonia, and Surgical Care. The Summary of Performance is a one-page overview, while you can find more details by clicking on the name of each particular indicator.

The Patient Satisfaction page shows you how we've scored on recent patient surveys.

The Patient Safety page describes our participation in the 5 Million Lives Campaign and the Leapfrog Group, both of which are helping us continually upgrade our patient safety procedures.
