We invite you to join us for the Foundation's annual
Yellow & Black Tie Gala, scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 2009, at the Marriot Dallas/Plano at Legacy Town Center.
This year the gala presents "A Night in the Mediterranean" as the theme for the evening, inspired by the beautiful isle of Capri, Italy. Enjoy a resort experience as you stroll the piazza of live and silent auctions. We are honored to have Gary Cogill of WFAA-TV serve as master of ceremonies again this year.
This event historically attracts more than 500 prominent business and civic leaders from Collin and Dallas counties and includes a seated dinner, live entertainment, as well as live and silent auctions. Proceeds from the gala will support the Methodist Richardson Cancer Center, which is affiliated with UT Southwestern Medical Center. The Cancer Center offers an array of diagnostic equipment, new drug therapies as part of clinical research programs and numerous treatment options. Patients in Richardson and surrounding North Texas communities can receive comprehensive treatment close to home. By supporting the 2009 gala, you will contribute to the enhancement of cancer treatment programs, services and technology.
