Join more than 2,000 cyclists for the 6th annual WildRide! Against Cancer on May 16, 2009. The event is projected to net more than $110,000 for Methodist Richardson Cancer Center, an affiliate of UT Southwestern Medical Center and home of the Lance Armstrong Shaped Beam Surgery™ program. We're adding a new event this year for those who enjoy walking or running. The 5K Trail Walk is a non-timed, non-competitive fun run/walk. Click here for schedule and directions.

WildRide! and the 5K Trail Walk, presented by the Methodist Richardson Medical Center Foundation, are held in conjunction with the 17th annual Wildflower! Arts & Music Festival in Galatyn Park on May 15th-17th. Wildflower!, which was recently named "Best of the Fests" by D Magazine, is the area's premier arts and music festival, drawing more than 85,000 visitors featuring national headliners.

WildRide! is the only bike ride to allow riders across the long stretch of the beautiful Lavon Lake Dam, closed all other days of the year! Enjoy rolling hills and scenic byways through small North Texas towns that open their arms to this annual event.

In addition to riding, walking, or running, you can become a sponsor, volunteer, make a donation or purchase a raffle ticket.
