At Methodist Richardson Medical Center, we are committed to outstanding service. Our entire staff strives to provide patients with very good care. Methodist Richardson uses an independent market research firm to conduct a telephone survey of randomly selected patients shortly after their visit.
The results of the patient satisfaction survey are extremely important to us. Any significant comments are relayed ot the management team immediately, and the Service Excellence Team carefully evaluates patient input and opinions so that we may adapt policies and procedures to create a flawless experience for our patients.
